My first Karate book

The Karate book for children aged seven to 13 years is a companion for the first three to four years of Karate practice. Written in child-friendly language, it presents the basic techniques that every child needs to know to begin his Karate journey in the areas of Kihon, Kata and Kumite. In addition, values are described that Karate teaches at a young age, such as respect, discipline, tradition and how to deal with criticism. Dōjō rules of etiquette, hints for objectives and also the connection between Karate and the school, provide the kids an all-round view in the complete teaching of Karate-dō.
Pictures can be sticked in, or personal drawings and individual notes on various topics ensure that the book becomes unique for the young proud owner.
Not least for trainers and coaches, the book is a practical support as an addition to the Karate training. The child can look up definitions, techniques, positions and the first Kata in detail at home or read about the own „responsibility“ for the Dōjō at any time.
