International Arbitration in Switzerland

The well-established concise textbook on Swiss International Arbitration in English in the proven 'litera B' format, now appearing in its second, completely revised edition. The material is clearly laid out in seven chapters and includes up-to-date references to legal literature and materials. The second edition contains many important amendments and addresses, among others, the new Swiss Code on Civil Procedure as well as the most recent revisions of main arbitration rules, in particular the ICC Rules, the Swiss Rules, and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
