Katharina Sieverding's central theme is identity. She repeatedly portrays her own face, raising it to the iconic status of collective individuality. For some years now, she has also created 'visual studies' on human communication and violence as tools of global politics. Published on the occasion of the exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in P.
