African Theology of Solidarity in addressing freedom of religion in Nigeria

The religious fragmentation of society causes disunity and affects national distributive justice. Religious intolerance contributes in no small measure to the economic and political instabilities in Nigeria. It has the capacity of destroying families and societies of homogeneous culture. African Theology of Solidarity is of the view that the continued existence of Nigeria as one nation will depend greatly on how she manages her religious plurality.
