Entscheidungen in Kirchensachen seit 1946 / 1980-1981

The series Decisions in Church Cases since 1946 (KirchE) publishes judgments rendered by public courts in the Federal Republic of Germany with regard to the relationship of church and state and other problem areas characterized by religious interests. Since its founding in 1963, the series has been published in collaboration with the University of Cologne’s Institute for Church Law and the Legal History of the Rhenish Church.
