This volume contains an overview over the results of the European GOAHAED project. The project aimed at the generation of an advanced helicopter experimental aerodynamic database for CFD code validation. During the project a comprehensive wind tunnel experiment with a scaled model of a complete modern transport helicopter was performed. Five flight conditions including a Pitch Up and a Dynamic Stall test case were analysed by unsteady pressure measurements, transition detection, particle image velocimetry and blade deformation measurements. The experimental study was complemented by blind test CFD simulations prior, and post test CFD simulations after the experiment in order to assess the prediction capabilities of current Navier-Stokes flow solvers for helicopter flows and to validate the solvers.
