Characterization of Crystalline Silicon Solar Cells under Realistic Operating Conditions.
von Ino GeisemeyerThis work presents the characterization of crystalline silicon solar cells under realistic operating conditions, which exceed the conventional standard test conditions (STC). The focus is set on the temperature and the angle of incidence dependence. Highly accurate measurements of the electric performance of silicon solar cells are compared to state-of-the-art numerical device simulations, covering a large range of industrially relevant cell concepts.
