On behalf of the Egypt Exploration Society and Dr. Pamela J. Rose, field director of the Qasr Ibrim excavation, Dr. Jochen Hallof, Egyptologist and Meroitist at the University of Würzburg/Germany, is preparing the publication of more than 700 Meroitic texts from the excavation at this site.
