Conflict and Negotiation in Specialized Texts

This volume contains a selection of papers presented at an international conference held in Bergamo (18-20 October 2001), which focussed on the issues of conflict and negotiation in the language of specialized texts. The assembled contributions discuss different theoretical and methodological issues, and focus on a variety of aspects relating to the domain of legal, economic, scientific, academic and political discourse.
