In this book, the author outlines a pragmatic and semantically based architectural theory for software systems. The focus is on two questions. For the purposes of usability, how can software be functionally anchored in the language, action, and process contexts of user practices? And using this foundation, how does one incrementally construct change-friendly and explicitly traceable system structures?
