Glaucoma and Dry Eye

The importance of dry eye for glaucoma is increasingly playing a role in the treatment of glaucoma patients, as approximately 50% of such patients suffer from dry eye. Consequently, dry eye should be incorporated into the treatment plan for glaucoma patients so as to improve the compliance of these patients by reducing the symptoms of dry eye.
