Prof. Dr. Bernd-Joachim Ertelt, professor at the Jan Dlugosz University (AJD), Czestochowa, Poland. In the international field and as a lecturer closely connected with the Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit (HdBA) – University of Applied Labour Studies, Mannheim, lecturer at the Universities of Heidelberg and Mannheim. Honorary Professor at the University of National and World Economy, Sofia/Bulgary. His topics in research, teaching and publishing were counselling sciences, education and training of career counsellors, information management and marketing, intercultural and transnational careers guidance and quality management. Participation in numerous national, international and EU-projects on vocational guidance and training of counsellors.
