IDIMT-2012

The 20th annual IDIMT conference is continuing in its tradition as an interdisciplinary forum for a multi-national, multidisciplinary audience. ICT is one of the keys with which to create and master complex systems, these being increasingly built as systems of systems. Key issues are the reliability and sustainability of complex systems and necessary reactions in the case of break-down and/or disaster. It is important to understand the influence of this type of systems on economy, on social systems, on social communication and cooperation, and it is also necessary to realize the resulting increase in social responsibility. This year’s program reflects various aspects of the above issues by offering contributions on the following themes:
